venue requirements
All events are 21+ unless specifically noted. There is a two drink minimum for each guest.
purchasing tickets
All tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite. We do not accept tickets from 3rd party websites.
We recommend purchasing tickets using a computer, as Eventbrite can be difficult to navigate on mobile devices. When you select “Get Tickets,” you’ll see a seating map on the right with a “Buy on Map” button. Click this to choose your desired seats. Gray seats indicate they are sold, in another guest’s cart, or unavailable.
We do not support ticket purchases, transfers, or upgrades over the phone or via email. Ticket prices and promotions are subject to change. If using a refund credit, make sure you are logged into your Eventbrite account—your credit should appear automatically at checkout.

seating options
Guests may move to different seats within the stage room if the seats have not been claimed by 8:30 PM (intermission).
Lounge: First-come, first-served, adjacent to the stage room. Close to the bar and restrooms, with high-top tables, couches, and a big screen. Some seats have direct views of the stage. Certain seats may be blocked off at staff’s discretion.
Drink Rail: Along the back and side walls. Barstools with no backs with a shelf behind the seats.
High Tops: In the middle of the stage room. Connected tables with small-backed chairs. Selecting neighboring seats on the map places you together. Center high tops are the most compact.
Bistro Tables: Closest to the stage. Round tables for 4 guests—purchase 4 tickets for the whole table or 2 to share with another party. Only 2 or 4-seat purchases are available for this option.
refunds and transfers
Refunds must be requested through your Eventbrite account at www.eventbrite.com. All requests submitted within our policy window (at least 7 days before the show) will be accepted. After the refund window closes, requests will be reviewed at Almost Famous management’s discretion.

Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. Day-of-show refunds are not available. In the event that a show is cancelled, we will provide a full refund.
If you give your tickets to another guest, they must provide the original purchaser’s last name at the door.
parking & when to arrive
We recommend parking along Research Drive. Limited parking is also available on Vasco Road.
Generally, the venue and wine bar open an hour before showtime. If you are trying to secure lounge seats to a busy show, this is the best time to arrive.
On Friday and Saturday nights, the main act usually starts at 7:30 pm, with doors at 6:30 pm. Bands typically have a break midway through the set.

ADA
In accordance with ADA laws, please inform our staff of any accessible seating needs at time of ticket purchase. We require at least 24 hours notice prior to showtime in order to reserve ADA seats.

All shows are booked through Prime Time Entertainment.
beverages
No outside beverages, including non-alcoholic beverages.
With a menu of 15 wines in diverse styles and sophisticated non-alcoholic options, there’s something for everyone. Water is available for purchase from the bar.
We are by law a tasting room, and do not serve alcoholic beer or spirits at public events. Believe us, we’ve looked into it, but a different license would greatly restrict our ability to sell our own wines, and we’re not set up to be a restaurant.
Beer can be offered at private events, when you rent our venue. You can also have a full bar, provided you are working with a caterer with the correct license.
food
Bring your own dinner! (Or snacks! Or dessert!)
Outside food is welcome, but please bus your table of any food items when you are finished. You are responsible for cleaning up the food and packaging you bring or purchase.
On a typical weekend night, food trucks are available around Vasco Row, steps away from our venue. Check http://www.vascorow.com and http://www.altamontbeerworks.com to see what’s available.
lost and found
We don’t have a dedicated lost and found, but lost items are occasionally kept at the bar for a short amount of time. The venue is not responsible for any personal property lost at the venue. Please don’t leave items at your table unattended.
